Some things to check before you call for help.
The usual. Is it plugged in? Did you shutdown the computer and restart? When did the problem start? Did you add any programs to the computer?
If you are having a lot of pop-ups, then you likely added an extension to your browser. You may be able to delete that extension yourself. That may fix the problem.
